Terms of Service (TOS)

1. Commissions are NOT first come first serve.
While they used to be, it's much easier to open a form to gauge interest for and follow up with someone later. This way, there is no rush to snag a slot.2. Payment will be through PayPal and must be paid upfront before I begin.
I am willing to wait a few days for payment; if you are unable to pay within that time, you will lose your slot.
For smaller commissions (assets/retextures/etc.), I may allow gifting as a form of payment. There is a wishlist in my server. The total of all gifted items must be equal or more than the commission price.3. Commissions may not be refunded once they have been started unless I am at fault for something in the process. (ex: files being accidentally lost/broken, etc.)
If a commission must be cancelled due to any of these rules being broken, or the commissioner must be added to my blacklist, there will also be no refund.4. You may not redestribute my commissions FOR PROFIT.
Giving away files for free or making commissioned avatars public is completely allowed. However, I do not allow the resale of my work.5. Do not claim my work as yours or remove existing watermarks.
Changing the avatar thumbnail to one not including my watermark is allowed.6. Before commissioning, you must have at least one full-body, colored reference sheet of your character.

I will create another reference of your character in my style to display how the model will look when finished, however I do still need something to go off of. You should also have a list of toggles/assets.
I will not recreate another artist's style for commissions.7. If the commission is an edit of another model, both parties must own the avatar.
I will always ask for proof of purchase for edits.
If the commission is an edit of a model I do not own (or includes assets I do not own), they must be covered by the commissioner.8. I cannot give an accurate time estimate as to when I'll complete commissions.
I'm in school and have symptoms of ADD, so timeframes can vary!
I also favor commissions related to my fixations, and can get those done faster.
I do not accept deadlines.9. I am not responsible if your avatar is ripped.
Commissions are never uploaded to my account (unless the commissioner intends it to be). I cannot control what happens to them.10. Do NOT search for loopholes in my TOS.
Examples include: using technicalities to justify breaking TOS; having the model turned NSFW once it is in your hands; remaking the avatar to avoid following TOS entirely (because it was 'technically' not made by me).11. Please be aware that I am still learning! Treat me kindly.
I've done a lot of preparing to take commissions, but I'm still learning the skills. This means that future models will be higher quality than ones made previously.
I am in no way a professional, but I'm good enough now to be able to give others the custom model they're looking for.
I'm open to constructive criticism, just be kind.

- NSFW
- Fetish
- Panic AuCommissions I favor:
- Artistic Liberty
- Dandy's World/Murder Drones
- Furries
- Non-canon characters or kinsonas
_{(This is because canon characters are almost always made public. If I ever decide to make a public model of that character, I would have to remodel the character afterwards for a public one.)}

Pricing

Commission Process Breakdown

Step 1: Get a slot
One or two slots will open at a time, and often at random. Openings are announced in my Discord server.
Anyone interested in a commission will fill out the form, and I will follow up with whoever's commission I'm interested in.
If you want a quote prior to slots opening, DM me on Discord.There is no commission queue, so the form will be cleared before the next opening.Step 2: Concepting
This is the reference-making step!
After full payment, I will either:
A: Draw your character in my style in T-pose
B: Create a design (artistic liberty commissions)This will show you what your model will look like when complete. Make any changes and discuss specifications here!Step 3: Modeling
This is when the model is actually being created! It's the longest stage.
Work-in-progress images are sent both in DMs and in the WIP channel in my server, and the Trello will be updated as it progresses. Correct and ask questions as I go!
Unmentioned additions made at this stage or later will require additional payment.Step 4: Upload
Once the files are all finished, I will start the Unity work and send the Unitypackage to you to upload and give feedback.
When everything is verified to work correctly, I will send you the .zip with everything included.

Your model is finished!
I love seeing pictures you take of your models when they're done, and can even make them into a thumbnail for the avatar.
Please send any photoshoots my way!To protect the avatar from ripping, I'd advise only using your model in private instances or investing in DexProtect. <3
